St. Johns vs Rutgers
What were the referees thinking at the end of this game? They obviously missed a foul that should have been called. Then, they missed a travel and a player stepping out of bounds with 1.7 seconds left. If these calls would have been made, Rutgers would have at least had a chance to win the game but they unfortunately did not get that chance. The three referees that did the game later resigned from doing games for the rest of the Big East Tournament.

That was crazy how those last 30 seconds unfolded. I have refereed before, so I understand people make mistakes, but those were some pretty BIG mistakes.
ReplyDeleteThis was horrible. The referees totally blew it. They have the option to go to replay and review the clock and they failed to do so when the game was on the line down the stretch. Not saying Ruters wins but they deserve a shot.
