nba trade deadline

Well, deals are already starting to go down as the NBA trade deadline approaches. A few days ago Carmelo Anthony was traded in a deal that sent him to the New York Knicks. Today, Deron Williams was traded from the Utah Jazz to the New Jersey Nets. In my opinion, the Knicks got a great deal in getting Carmelo and Chauncey Billups who is a proven winner and Finals MVP. The Nets on the other hand....what were they thinking? They gave up a talented young big man in Favors and a solid point guard in Harris, two first round picks and cash FOR ONE PLAYER???? I think that the Nets did nothing to improve their team and in fact made things worse for the future. Unless they can sign a big name free agent but I dont think any player is going to want to go to them because there are not enough pieces to win a championship.

Best Player in the NBA?

Who should be considered the best player in the NBA right now? My choice is and always has been Kobe Bryant but now with the likes of Lebron James, Dwight Howard, Kevin Durant, etc, who should be considered the best?

Pujols Deadline Passes

The deadline for St. Louis Cardinals First-baseman Albert Pujols to resign with the team has passed.  Pujols, who is arguably the best player in the game, will most likely be a free agent after this season now.  It is also highly likely that he will become the highest paid player in the history of baseball with his next contract. I personally believe $300 million for one player is ridiculous...

NFL

The NFL owners and players better get a deal done because i do not know what I am going to do if there are no NFL games next year...

It also provides you with the latest news involving your favorite teams and sports, standings, and rankings.  Furthermore, if you missed watching the game on television, you can read the game recap to get an insight on how the game went and what all happened.  Ever since I got this app, I feel much more up to date on what is happening in the sports world.
